There’s an app for that. And it already knows your job.
Obra is sixteen small apps that run one build together — the money, the job, the work, and the calm. Their secret: they’re all looking at the same job, the same schedule, the same protected money. Start with one draw. The rest light up around it.
One job. One set of numbers.
Other platforms integrate their apps on a shared database. Ours share something better: the same protected money. When the schedule slips a milestone, Draws already knows. When the punch list clears, the retainage releases. And every app is built for everyone on the job — you get your side, your builder gets theirs, the crews get theirs. Same numbers, everywhere, always.
EscrowLIVE
The protected account. Licensed Utah escrow, FDIC-insured, visible to everyone on the job. Never in anybody’s pocket.
DrawsLIVE
The milestone schedule the whole build runs on. Proof goes in, one tap approves, money lands the same day.
WaiversLIVE
Lien waivers write and file themselves with every release. The paper chase is over, and the title stays clean.
AdvanceROADMAP
A verified draw pays the same hour instead of the same day — settled automatically at release. Coming with partner capital, gated by counsel.
ScheduleROLLING OUT
Reflows itself when day three goes sideways — and every date change ripples to everyone it touches. Nobody finds out on the driveway.
CrewROLLING OUT
Who’s on which site, with licenses, insurance and docs already on file. Adding someone to a job is one tap, not a paperwork week.
Change OrdersROLLING OUT
Scope changes priced, signed, and escrow-funded before the work starts. The change-order fight, retired.
PunchROLLING OUT
The closeout list, tied to the final draw. Cleared punch releases the retainage — the end of the job stops being a negotiation.
EstimatesROLLING OUT
Plans in, draft estimate out in minutes — priced as conservative or sharp as the job demands.
BidsROLLING OUT
Scoped packages out, apples-to-apples answers back. Send a proposal with the draw schedule built in; a signature makes it a funded project.
FeedROLLING OUT
Real jobs with real escrowed budgets — no ghost listings, ever. Post a job, get a job. Free for subs, forever is the plan.
ScoreROLLING OUT
A reputation nobody can buy: built only from escrow-verified releases, milestones, and dates kept. It travels with you, and it wins the next bid for you.
DigestROLLING OUT
Your phone goes quiet at dinner. One 7 AM brief arrives with every next move already drafted — you just tap. And the only buzz that gets through means work or money.
UpdatesROLLING OUT
Homeowner comms without the phone tag: the weekly agenda, milestones, photos — in English and Spanish, natively.
VerifyLIVE
AI checks every photo, video and GPS trace against the scope before a human ever reviews. Proof, not promises — the deep dive is below.
PlansROLLING OUT
Plans, permits, contracts, receipts — the job’s paper in one place, attached to the money it belongs to.
Deeper on the roadmap: waiver collection down the sub chain, supplier-direct material draws, and lender-funded escrow riding the same rails.

We don't detect fakes. We make faking cost more than building.
Anyone can run a photo past an AI. That isn't verification — models can be fooled, and we tested our own until it was. What can't be fooled cheaply is a dozen independent signals captured at the shutter, proven by the device's own hardware, and measured against the last time someone stood in that room.
Captured in the app. Never uploaded.
There is no camera-roll option, because that is the door every fraud walks through. Photos and video are shot inside Obra against a server-issued token that expires in minutes — so a downloaded image, an AI render, or last year's jobsite can't become this week's draw.
The phone proves itself.
Hardware attestation confirms the capture came from a genuine, unmodified copy of our app on a real device. Alongside every frame we store GPS and accuracy, compass heading, device pose — and barometric altitude, which tells us which storey you were standing on. Signed at the moment of capture.
Every stage has its own checklist.
"Framing complete" isn't a feeling. It's a continuous top plate, studs on consistent centers, trusses set, wall planes matching the plan footprint, the foundation already passed, the cure window elapsed, the lumber invoice present and the framing sub's waiver signed. Each milestone carries its own set, and the library deepens with every project.
Measured against last time.
On LiDAR-equipped iPhones the app scans the space at each draw and compares it to the last one. The answer stops being "it looks done" and becomes 347 linear feet of new stud wall, inside the correct footprint. You can stage a photograph. Staging a change in physical volume costs more than doing the work.
